My finance team crunched the numbers, and they told me that our average online donation in the last quarter was just $18.87.

I’m proud that our average donation is less than $20 -- it means that supporters are chipping in a few dollars when they can, and unlike many candidates, we’re not relying on special interest or corporate PAC cash to fund our movement.

It couldn’t come at a more impactful moment.

We’re officially in the election year, and we need to rapidly increase our outreach efforts to reach voters who may have never seen my name on the ballot -- from knocking on doors to planting yard signs.
