We saw major victories for animals in 2025: getting commitments from several government agencies to move away from cruel and unnecessary animal testing to non-animal alternatives, protecting wild horses from slaughter, protecting state-level farm animal welfare laws like Proposition 12 from attacks, securing the release of dozens of chimps from a government lab to sanctuary after decades of confinement, and more.
