Hi John,
What a night.
I'm thrilled that our first-ever Run for Something Alumni Award show on Thursday went off without a hitch -- and was an absolute ball.
I want to thank all of our guest speakers for helping us commemorate the night, our honorees for making us so proud through their work, the team here at Run for Something for putting together such a fun night (in spite of a global pandemic keeping us apart), and all of YOU for being part of this community and celebrating the progress we've made together.
If you couldn't make it on Thursday but want to hear from the speakers and honorees, you can watch a full recording now on Facebook by clicking here.
With Election Day exactly 101 days away, I hope the messages from our guests have energized you to take action; to step up to the plate and be the change you want to see in your community.
Never underestimate your power in the democratic process. You can do absolutely anything you set your mind to -- our honorees are proof of that.
And if you happen to decide that elected office is something you're ready to run for, we're here to help you, John.
Who knows, maybe next year we'll be honoring your hard work.
Thank you,
Amanda Litman
