Calling for Kristi Noem’s impeachment was not a step I took lightly.

Impeachment is a last resort. But Noem’s contempt for the American people and her complete disregard for any accountability or oversight, even as her DHS and ICE agents are assaulting and killing Americans in our streets, leaves us with no other option than to consider it.

But after I took that stand, the NRCC started coming after me — because in Trump’s Washington, anyone who stands up to the White House’s lawlessness gets bullied and threatened until they fall in line.

So let me make this very clear: I will not fall in line. I will not back down. And I will not stop fighting to make our federal government accountable to the American people.

If MAGA Republicans want to spend millions of dollars trying to flip this seat because I’m doing my job and standing up for the rule of law, they’re welcome to try.

So I’m hoping that today you’ll help me send a message to Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, and DC’s MAGA establishment that we will not be intimidated away from standing up for our fundamental principles. If you’re with me, I’d be honored if you’d donate what you can to power our fight.
