In the middle of the most dangerous moment in DACA’s 13-year history, Congress
has a concrete solution on the table.



My name is Nico, and I’m with United We Dream, the largest youth-led immigrant
rights organization in the country. Last year, Senators Dick Durbin and Lisa
Murkowski reintroduced the bipartisan Dream Act — a bill that would provide a
pathway to citizenship for immigrants who have lived in the U.S. for most of
their lives and have contributed to our communities, economy, and workforce.



DACA recipients are Americans in every way except on paper. But right now,
they’re facing unprecedented legal, political, and administrative attacks.
Federal agents have detained DACA recipients without due process.Budget cuts
have stripped healthcare from thousands. Families are living in fear.



Congress has a bipartisan solution right in front of them. They have a
responsibility to act.



Tell Congress to pass the Dream Act and provide permanent protections for
immigrant youth.
