Help Shape the New DSHS Website!
DSHS is currently redesigning its website to make services easier to find, and we need your help to get it right. We are conducting a usability test called a website tree test to see how easy it is for users to find specific information within our proposed menu structure.
How to participate: Please click the link below to participate in the online activity. You will be asked to complete a series of tasks to find specific services or information and offer feedback on the navigation. By participating, you will also be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card.
This activity is entirely online and can be done at your convenience. Thank you for helping ensure our community and partners’ voices and insights are included in this process.
