Last Sunday marked a huge fundraising deadline for our campaign, and thanks to the outpouring of support we received, we were able to surpass our goal, raising over $129K so far this cycle. 

 

The support from across our Downriver community has been overwhelming, and I’m so thankful to all of you who have seen the work we’re doing and our vision for a better Downriver and stepped up to support us with your hard-earned money. 

 

We’ve been able to out-raise our opponent so far, but we know that the Republicans have nearly unlimited resources to pull from. We can’t let up the momentum that we’ve been able to build as we head toward November. It’s so important that we continue talking to our neighbors about this election and engaging with our community as we look towards Election Day. 

 

My first priority as a representative is helping working families across our Downriver community, and I’m proud that our fundraising reflects that, with grassroots contributions from 484 individuals over the course of our campaign cycle and support from organizations like the UAW, Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters, Michigan Firefighters, Michigan Nurses Association, and more. 

 

The work we’re doing is far from over, but your support makes it possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
