Enough is enough. We cannot have rogue, lawless government agents killing people in our communities.

John, enough is enough. We cannot have rogue, lawless government agents killing people in our communities.

But that is what ICE is doing – with the full, vocal support of Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem.

It’s the latest in a long series of violations of our Constitution, our safety, and our trust.

We deserve to live without state violence from state police. That’s why I am an original co-sponsor of the Articles of Impeachment for Secretary Noem.

If you agree, write to your member of Congress and urge them to join me as a co-sponsor of the articles of impeachment →

IMPEACH NOEM

I’ve co-sponsored these three articles:

1. Obstruction of Congress: Secretary Noem violated her oath of office and broke federal law by obstructing Congressional oversight and withholding funds appropriated by Congress.

2. Violation of Public Trust: Secretary Noem violated the due process of American citizens and directed agents to commit illegal and unconstitutional acts.

3. Self-Dealing: Secretary Noem abused her office for personal benefit and steered taxpayer dollars to associates.

Under the Republican House and Senate, impeaching and removing Secretary Noem is a long shot. But we have to try. Using ICE and Customs and Border Patrol Agents to kill Americans is horrifying, immoral, and yes, fascist. The time to pull out all the stops is NOW.

Send a letter to your representatives if you support impeaching Secretary Noem, uncovering the truth about her actions, and building a safer country for ALL of us.

Thank you so much 💙

– Emily

P.S. Since the White House attacked me last week, I’ve had protesters at my house, and I’ve received hateful emails, calls, comments, DMs – many of them violent and disgusting. Thank you to everyone who has reached out in the last few days. I’ll never stop fighting for you!
