Dear Friend,
As I’ve said before, I’m fighting for the soul of this nation, along with hundreds of other progressive candidates across the country.
I got into this race because my work with marginalized communities called me to step up and represent them. But it means I don’t have a network of wealthy donors to tap into to pour millions into my campaign coffers. I must rely on individuals who believe in the mission of this campaign.
We need bold new leadership. We need fresh blood in the Senate, because what’s not acceptable is another six years of compromise and platitudes, with no real progress.
As we reach the end of August, we’re still around $5,000 short of our monthly target. But I’m not giving up on the people of Colorado, there is too much at stake.
