Hello John,

They’ve gotten away with it for too long.

For years, Big Tech platforms have looked the other way - or worse - enabled the trafficking of children across their websites and apps. These aren’t just dark corners of the internet. These are billion-dollar platforms openly pimping out kids under the disguise of “virtual escorts” and “user services.”

That ends now.

I’ve just introduced SB1077, a bill that puts Big Tech on notice

If you profit from trafficking kids in Arizona, there will be consequences.

This bill will:

-Criminalize platforms that knowingly facilitate child sex trafficking, pandering, or prostitution.

-Hit offenders with Class 5 felony charges for trafficking teens—up to 2.5 years in prison

-Raise penalties for victims under 15—up to 27 years behind bars.

-Add new charges for platforms that expose minors to explicit material without verifying age

No more free passes. No more hiding behind Section 230. No more saying “we didn’t know.”

I need your help to fight the lobbyists and globalists who will do everything they can to kill this bill.

Will you chip in now to help me protect Arizona kids and hold these platforms accountable? Any dollar amount will make a difference, whether it’s $1, $10, $100, or even $1,000!

Big Tech will call this “dangerous.”

You know what’s dangerous? 300,000 illegal ballots. Fentanyl. Open borders. Child trafficking rings run through encrypted apps.

I’m not backing down - and neither should you.

Join me. Let’s draw the line.

America First. Always.
