In 2025, the Pennsylvania House passed nine pro-environment bills that would lower costs and reduce pollution including bringing solar to more communities, reducing toxic chemicals in our water, and making it easier for businesses to use clean energy.

The State Senate? They held ZERO votes and ZERO hearings on pro-environment policy.

Nothing moved all year.

President Trump is tearing down every federal climate protection and is ramping up dirty energy production at home and abroad. That makes what happens here in Pennsylvania more important than ever. 

But the State Senate is standing in our way.

• Full-time lobbying by our team in Harrisburg to press lawmakers face-to-face on every key vote that impacts our environment.
• Targeted organizing in key Senate districts to flood offices with calls, emails, and constituent visits that lawmakers can’t ignore.
• A massive statewide lobby day this spring, putting folks directly in front of their elected officials to demand action on everything from energy affordability to data centers.

The public is already on our side. Pennsylvanians want affordable energy, clean air and water, and a say in what gets built in their communities.

We have the policy solutions.

What we need now is the political power to break the Senate’s blockade — through phonebanking, digital outreach, and stirring up public pressure that lawmakers can’t ignore.
