We’ve got to fix this, John.

Right now, nine Supreme Court justices are shaping our rights for decades to come -- without answering to the people that it’s built to serve. The court should uphold the Constitution, not serve as a pawn in partisan political games, but that’s far from our reality.

That’s why I’m proud to cosponsor legislation to establish 18-year term limits for Supreme Court justices, with regular appointments every two years.

This is the practical, common-sense reform that we desperately need to strengthen our democracy and dial back the disorder. If you’re with me, will you sign on to show your support for this much-needed reform?

This isn’t about left versus right. It’s about stability versus chaos.

Lifetime appointments have given a handful of individuals extraordinary power, fueling strategic retirements and partisan confirmation battles that erode public trust. Term limits would end that cycle, creating a steady, transparent process that works the way Americans expect.

I know this won’t be easy. Standing up for reform never is. But restoring faith in our institutions and democracy is worth fighting for, and I’m not backing down.

If you believe the Supreme Court should serve the people, not partisan power, I’m asking for your support today. Can I count on your signature today?
