Friend,
I want to take a moment to share something important — because in a moment when Washington feels chaotic, I believe results still matter.
This week, the House passed my bipartisan Help Hoover Dam Act — legislation I introduced with Senator Catherine Cortez Masto to finally unlock $50 million in long-stranded funding to maintain and modernize Hoover Dam.
That means:
Hoover Dam powers homes across Nevada and the Southwest and supplies water to 25 million people. As it approaches its 100th anniversary, maintenance costs are rising — but instead of asking taxpayers for more, this bill cuts through red tape and puts existing funds to work.
That’s what I came to Congress to do: solve problems and deliver real results for Nevada families.
But here’s the reality.
I was re-elected by less than 2.8%, and Republicans have already spent nearly $500,000 attacking me before this election cycle has even fully begun. They know this seat — and control of the House — will come down to districts like ours.
While I’m focused on delivering results, they’re focused on tearing down progress.
With extremism and dysfunction driving the Republican agenda, a Democratic House majority remains our strongest line of defense. And protecting battleground seats like NV-03 is essential to making that happen.
That’s why early support matters so much.
If you’re able, I’m asking you to chip in $10, $25, or $50 today to help us build the strong foundation we need to defend this seat and keep delivering real results for Nevada.
I know the fight ahead won’t be easy — but I’ve never backed down from tough fights, and with your support, I know we can win this one.
Thank you for standing with me,
Susie Lee
