Since January first, demand for suppressor and SBR paperwork has surged
nationwide. Thanks to GOA’s major legislative wins in 2025, the ATF tax stamp
fee has been reduced to $0, resulting in more than 132,000 new forms filed.



While the financial burden of the National Firearms Act has been lifted, its
unconstitutional restrictions and registration scheme unfortunately remain.



That is why Gun Owners of America has filed One Big Beautiful Lawsuit against
the ATF and DOJ to challenge the entirety of the NFA and why this month T Rex
Arms has agreed to help us fund the fight!

legislative action, including efforts to repeal restrictive gun laws in
Tennessee.
