I’m hitting the road tomorrow to head to the University of Texas at Austin
as Powered by People continues to register students and get more young
people involved in our democracy.

We’re up against a February 2nd registration deadline to get voters on the
rolls, and every student we reach now helps shape the Democratic ticket
we’ll be fighting for in November.

But this kind of on-the-ground organizing work takes real resources to
pull off: clipboards, materials, venues, staff time, and yes—gas in the
tank.
