Can you believe we are just 24 days away from the Primary Election? We have come a long way since the campaign kicked off last year. In this final push, I am asking for YOUR help.

During early voting, August 8-15, we need volunteers to hold signs at each of the three locations (Main Library, Supervisor of Elections Office, and Sebastian City Hall) from 8am to 4pm. Because it is so hot outside right now, we have broken this down into two hour shifts so no one has to be out in the heat too long.?

We will provide the signs, a cooler of water and snacks, sunblock, and anything else you may need at your location. By now, you should have a Flowers for Sheriff shirt to wear, but if you don't, we can give you one of those too. All you have to do is sign up by emailing [email protected] to let her know you want to volunteer along with any location or time preferences you may have. You are welcome to cover more than two hours, an entire day, or whatever you feel comfortable with!

Additionally, we will need volunteers at each of the 19 voting locations on Primary Election Day, August 18, from 7am to 7pm. Monica is accepting volunteers for this assignment which has also been broken down into two hour increments.?

Between Early Voting and Primary Election Day, we have a total of 210 two hours shifts to be filled. This is no small task. You have been great supporters throughout the campaign, spreading the word that you want to see Eric Flowers become the 11th Sheriff of Indian River County. Let's get out and volunteer to rally voters to do the same!
