Today, the Texas Values team is at the U. S. Supreme Court for a rally during the oral arguments for Save Women's Sports cases; West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Hecox v. Little (Idaho). The justices will determine whether the state law in Idaho that protects fairness, safety, and equal opportunity for female athletes are constitutional. 

Texas Values signed on to an amicus brief with other family policy councils in Hecox v. Little along with 200 female state legislators, including several from Texas; Rep. Caroline Harris-Davilla, Sen. Lois Kolkhorst, Rep. Candy Noble, Rep. Valoree Swanson, and Rep. Ellen Troxclair. To read the amicus brief, click here.

Jonathan Saenz, President & Attorney for Texas Values was sworn in as an official member of the U. S. Supreme Court Bar Wednesday, December 3.

Jonathan will be in the court room TODAY for the U. S. Supreme Court hearing on the Save Women's’ Sports cases from Idaho and West Virginia that could impact the rest of the nation with laws protecting women and girls from men competing in women’s sports.
