We have some news from SCOTUS: The next conference has been pushed to this Friday, delaying when we may hear back regarding our Viramontes cert petition. 

However, FPC did file a separate cert petition in another one of our cases, which should hopefully keep our momentum going strong.

Due to this Friday’s conference and filing today’s cert petition, it is still very important for us to re-ink the Lawsuit Printer though!
