2026 has arrived – and so has our chance to take back power, defeat Trump
and his billionaire backers, and restore our democracy.
But to win, this movement has told us time and time again that the first
thing we need to do is confront the core rot in our politics: the
oligarchs and corporate elites who have flooded our elections with dark
money, bought politicians on both sides, and rigged the system to line
their own pockets.
As we lean into the fight to take on Trump and his oligarchs and get dark
and corporate money out of our politics, Our Revolution is launching a
massive grassroots survey to guide our work and show elected officials
and the media what issues are most activating and energizing our base. Can

Survey after survey – including an independent academic study of Our
Revolution supporters – show that an overwhelming majority of us believe
that defunding the oligarchs and getting billionaire money out of politics
MUST be our top priorities – and that we must only back candidates who are
willing to take bold action against oligarchs.
This movement is crystal clear: without leaders willing to break the
billionaire stranglehold, we can’t achieve Medicare for All, living wages,
or climate justice.
That’s why Our Revolution is working around the clock to take down the
oligarchy. Every single day we’re pushing to get billionaire money out of
elections, cancel federal contracts for oligarchs, end tax breaks for the
ultra-wealthy, crack down on crypto crooks, and shut down the
billionaire-backed surveillance state.
Because we know it’s not enough to oppose Trump – we must cut off the
billionaires feeding his movement. If we don’t, the same handful of
billionaires will control both parties – our futures, our planet, and
every progressive priority we fight for. But if millions of us stand up
together, we can make unprecedented demands and make 2026 the year we
break the oligarchs’ hold on our democracy.
