If you’re a sports fan, you are probably familiar with the saying “the best defense is a good offense.”

Well, that’s exactly why Defend Our Courts is prepping a major offensive in the Wisconsin state Supreme Court election this April.

Here’s the state of play:

• The Wisconsin Supreme Court currently has a 4-3 liberal majority thanks to Wisconsin Dems absolutely embarrassing Elon Musk last year.


• One conservative justice was up for reelection this Spring, but decided not to run. The seat is now up for grabs in April.


• If Dems win this race, they will expand their majority to 5-2.


• Whoever wins will be elected to a 10-year term. After last year's WI court win, that means Democrats have an opportunity to guarantee a majority on the court until at least 2030.

This would be catastrophic to Trump and MAGA, who have been plotting to seize control of state Supreme Courts, the courts with final say on election laws/results, in key swing states across the country.

Last year, we helped lead the defense of PA’s Supreme Court from a MAGA takeover. In Philadelphia, where we concentrated much of our voter outreach along with digital and TV ads, turnout surged by 34%. That was the largest increase in the state, and Democrats blew MAGA out by 30+ points.

Now we’re taking our winning strategy to Wisconsin to help Democrats seize on this once-in-a-generation opportunity.

But MAGA knows what’s at stake here, too, and they are gonna throw millions of dollars at this election to try and beat us. We only have 4 months to prepare, and that’s not a lot of time in political campaigns. We need you on our side NOW:
