Have we met? My name is Greg Landsman, Congressman for Ohio’s first district – now a critical district to taking on Trump and flipping the House. Here’s the story…

In 2022, I ran for Congress because I believed our community needed new leadership – an anti-establishment reformer who puts our priorities ahead of the political and economic elites. Our community agreed, and we flipped our seat as the only campaign to beat a long-term Republican incumbent that year. I’ve stood by my commitment to our community and our district:

• I don’t take corporate PAC money
• I suspended my pay during the government shutdown
• I sold my stocks and am leading the effort to ban members of Congress from trading stocks
• I took on the Speaker of the House and forced a vote on the Social Security Fairness Act, which is now law

My background? I grew up in Greater Cincinnati, where I’m now raising 2 teenagers with my wife, Sarah, and have built my life and career around serving our community. I went to Ohio University, worked as a public school teacher for several years, where I learned the importance of education, and served on City Council, where I was able to make a difference in our community. 

To stand up to Trump, we need to take the House back. After redistricting, my district has become more competitive than ever and is now THE battleground district. The path to majority in the House runs through OH-01. The only way we can win is with organizers knocking doors, talking to voters, and ads that cut through the noise.
