Skagit County is accepting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified parties experienced in implementing projects to provide homeless crisis response services. The contract period will be July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2028.

Organizations interested in applying should submit a very brief LOI via email to [email protected]. LOIs must be received *no later than January 26, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. *

Please note, any eligible organization interested in applying for homeless crisis funding must first submit an LOI as outlined. Only organizations that submit an LOI will be invited by Skagit County to complete and submit a full proposal.
