Those were the words spoken after Renee Good was killed. The last thing
too many women hear before violence is a slur.
Many of us leave our loved ones with different words. “I love you. Be
good.”
Renee Good is not remembered for how she died. She is remembered for the
courage she lived with.
Millions mobilized this weekend because MAGA’s lawless violence is out of
control. We mobilized for Good. We took the streets because MAGA’s
killing, caging, and kidnapping with impunity violate every value this
country claims to hold.
We mobilized for Good. Now we walk out.
For Good.
For our communities.
For a Free America.
