Parents are being cut out of decisions that directly affect their daughters.
Accuracy in Media recently exposed a school administrator in Ohio about how her district handles transgender participation in girls’ sports. What she described was not transparency or parental involvement, but deliberate exclusion.
She said parents do not need to be informed. She described ways to work around documentation. And she made clear that concerns raised by families are viewed as an inconvenience, not a responsibility.

This is happening despite Ohio law. The state passed clear protections for girls’ sports and sex-based spaces. Those rules exist to protect fairness, privacy, and parental trust. Yet administrators continue making unilateral decisions behind closed doors, assuming no one will challenge them.
This is no longer a debate about policy language. It’s about whether parents are allowed to know what is happening in their own schools.
Accuracy in Media is bringing these conversations into the open. Accountability only follows when officials are forced to answer publicly.
If you believe parents should be informed, respected, and heard, visit SaveOhioStudents.com ([link removed]) and send a message to the officials responsible for enforcing the law.
