AFGE Activist,

Tune in today to the live hearing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a critical case impacting federal workers and our union.

This appeal challenges Executive Order 14251, which seeks to exclude federal employees from labor-management relations programs and weaken collective bargaining rights across the federal government.

The district court previously granted a preliminary injunction prohibiting the government from implementing the Executive Order, and recognizing the serious harm this Executive Order would cause. The district court’s injunction was temporarily paused by the court of appeals pending a ruling on the government’s appeal of the injunction. Today’s hearing is about the government’s appeal of the injunction.

In Solidarity,

AFGE
