John, before Colin ever ran for Congress, he was a voting rights lawyer. He spent his career fighting to make sure every American, no matter their ZIP code, had a real vote in our democracy.

That's why protecting our fundamental right to vote is deeply personal to him.

The Supreme Court is set to decide what happens to the Voting Rights Act in the coming months – one of the most important civil rights laws in our nation's history. If they decide to dismantle it, it would pave the way to even more extreme gerrymandering, allowing politicians to redraw maps in ways that silence voters, particularly in the South.

Texans, unfortunately, understand this fight all too well. We've already seen aggressive redistricting designed to dilute the power of communities of color and hand Republicans more congressional districts. Weakening the Voting Rights Act would only invite more of the same – and undo decades of progress toward fair representation.

Colin is running for Congress to fight back against this exact kind of extremism, to stand up for what's right, and to make sure our democracy works for the people – not politicians who rig the rules to stay in power. But he needs your help to raise our voices on this critical issue.

Will you add your name and help us reach 15,000 signatures urging SCOTUS to protect the Voting Rights Act?
