Dear John,

I’m pleased to share that The Wall Street Journal published an article today featuring an exclusive interview with Karin Lips, Founder and President of NeW.

In the piece, Karin discusses NeW’s mission to advance intellectual diversity on college campuses and advocates for Opportunity Feminism as a response to the broader cultural challenges facing young conservative women today. This national coverage represents a meaningful acknowledgment of NeW’s impact and the continued growth of our organization.

Read an excerpt of the article below:

"My own experience confirms that there is a special kind of vitriol reserved for conservative young women. A conservative young woman and a conservative young man could say the same thing, but the reaction from the left is so much harsher on the woman. There’s still this sort of gender traitor vibe promoted by the left that’s harmful. I want to dispel this myth. And that goes back to opportunity feminism. Not all women need to think the same. If you think differently, you shouldn’t be considered a gender traitor by the left."
-Karin Lips, The Wall Street Journal

I encourage you to visit The Wall Street Journal to read the full article and share it with your networks. Thank you for being a part of NeW and for empowering the next generation of conservative women leaders.

All the best,

Alexis Flowers
Vice President of Programs
