Rulemaking Communication Updates

The LCB has recently made some changes to better serve those who may be interested in rulemaking updates. If you are receiving this message, you are subscribed to our general Rulemaking GovDelivery listserv. This list will continue to get all rule updates for the agency.

Industry-Specific Rule Updates

There are now three different lists you can subscribe to if you would prefer industry-specific updates rather than all rules from the agency. These lists are focused on Liquor, Cannabis, and Tobacco and Vapor rulemaking, respectively. To update your subscriber preferences to one of these lists, enter your email in GovDelivery here.

If you would like to receive updates on all LCB rules, no action is necessary, and you will continue to get messages on any LCB rules.

Rules Tracker Dashboard

We also now have an active rules tracker dashboard available on the LCB website, where you can see all agency rule projects and where they are in the rulemaking process. If you have any questions about the agency’s rulemaking, please email the rules team at [email protected].
