As we head into the new year, FAMM is all about fresh starts – including for our upcoming Advocacy Storytelling Workshop. Please join us for “Advocacy Storytelling: Why My Loved One Needs a Second Chance,” Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:00pm ET.
You’ll learn how to create a powerful story that shows how your loved one needs a second chance and what they would do with that new start if they were free. This story will be less about the sentence your loved one is serving, and more about who your loved one is now and what they have done with their time inside.
As always, FAMM believes that personal stories are a valuable tool we can all use in our fight for reform.
