They told me I had too much personality to play it safe.
So I became a lawyer.
I became a public defender in Texas — standing next to people who had no power, no money, and no one else fighting for them. I took on cases others wouldn’t touch. I represented Black Lives Matter activists pro bono. And I learned, early on, what it means to stand between everyday people and a system that would rather ignore them.
That’s who I was long before I ever ran for office.
But it’s also exactly why I’m running for the United States Senate now.
This campaign isn’t about climbing a ladder in Washington. It’s about bringing the same fight I learned as a public defender — the fight for fairness, dignity, and accountability — to the biggest stage there is.
Right now, Texas has politicians who protect the powerful and leave everyone else behind. We deserve a Senator who knows what it means to fight from the outside — and who isn’t afraid to take on anyone who abuses their power.
I’ve been underestimated my whole life. I’ve never let that stop me yet.
If you believe Texas deserves a Senator who will stand up, speak plainly, and fight like hell for the people, I’m asking you to split $10, $25, or whatever you can between our campaign and Blue Amp Action to help us make history in 2026.
Let’s show ‘em what “too much personality” looks like in the U.S. Senate.
