Hey Everyone,

We appreciate all your resistance efforts this past week. Each action matters from attending protests to calling Members of Congress to talking to your friends and neighbors. We encourage you to keep showing up and speaking out!

This past week was particularly difficult with the shooting of Renee Good by an ICE officer in Minneapolis. This afternoon over 1,000 of you showed up and spoke out at the ICE Out for Good rally in downtown Lexington. Thank you all for braving the cold weather to take a stand!

Spotlight Action

We cannot allow these reckless and violent immigration raids to continue to ravage our communities. We must demand that our Members of Congress put an end to these raids and withhold their votes from bills that would increase funding for ICE.

Join Georgetown Resistance for a weekly protest at Scott County Courthouse (101 E. Main St in Georgetown) from 4:45 p.m until 5:45 p.m. The group asks that you bring non-confrontational, positive signs focused on issues. You can join their private Facebook group ([link removed]) for updates.
* NATIONAL: PEACEFUL BLUEGRASS RESISTANCE PROTESTS - Lexington
Peaceful Bluegrass Resistance is doing roadside protests multiple days per week and sometimes more than once per day! To get involved, sign up on their website ([link removed]) .
