London’s private members’ clubs are home to some of the city’s most memorable and important works of architecture and design. Just look at the grand three-tiered library at the Athenaeum pictured below. These spaces are often forbidden for non-members and rarely photographed—until now thanks to a new book, The London Club: Architecture, Interiors, Art. Author Andrew Jones and photographer Laura Hodgson sat down with us to discuss what they found behind closed doors and even shared a tip on how you can sneak a peek inside some clubs. |

An anaconda and jaguar met in an epic battle along the Três Irmãos River in Brazil's Encontro das Águas State Park—and wildlife photographer Ary Nascimento Bassous was there to capture the fatal encounter.
