Governor?Parson Appoints Matthew H. Hearne as Associate Circuit Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit
(JEFFERSON CITY, MO) ??Today,?Governor Parson appointed Matthew Hearne as Associate Circuit Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit. He will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Richard M. Stewart to Circuit Judge.
Hearne, of Saint Louis, is a Partner at Hearne & Bendick LLC. He received a Bachelor's Degree in History and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, Ohio.?
