AP NEWS: "2025 was one of three hottest years on record, scientists say"
Rush a donation to fuel our fight for bold climate action before it’s too late.
The numbers don't lie, John.
Last year was one of the three hottest years in recorded history, and for the first time ever, the three-year average broke through the 1.5°C temperature threshold scientists warned us about.
In 2025 alone, researchers documented deadly heat waves, catastrophic floods, intensifying hurricanes, wildfires, and storms so severe that entire regions were pushed beyond their ability to respond.
Scientists say we can still reverse this trend, but only if we stop burning fossil fuels immediately.
Instead, the Trump Administration is doing everything in its power to make this crisis worse:
⚠️ His EPA abandoned life-saving air pollution rules that would prevent thousands of premature deaths.
⚠️ They launched a plan to revoke the government’s ability to act on climate pollution.
⚠️ They've fired hundreds of scientists who study health risks and test our drinking water.
⚠️ And they are erasing mentions of humans causing climate change from their government websites.
That's on top of Trump's broader assault: waging a war for oil in Venezuela, cutting clean energy investments, opening public lands to drilling, and forcing coal plants to stay open.
At JanePAC, we refuse to accept this future. We’re building power where it counts by electing climate champions from Congress to the state and local level who can stand up to Trump’s fossil fuel agenda and protect their communities.
But we can’t do it without you.
With so much on the line in the midterms, we need people who understand the stakes — and know we’re running out of time — to stand with us. Can you chip in a few dollars right now to power our climate movement and help elect the bold, brave leaders this moment demands?
