We're moving closer to our goal of welcoming 140 new monthly supporters by January 31 — supporters who have deepened their commitment to consistently power our progress throughout the year with monthly giving. 	Advocating in all 50 states to secure access to all U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved Alzheimer's treatments for those who would benefit.
	We currently have $450 million invested across more than 1,200 active research projects in 56 countries to push research forward.
	Our 24/7 Helpline answered more than 204,000 calls and online chats, offering support and information to those in need last year.
	Provided more than 10 million touches of care and support last year.

I'm so grateful for your interest in the fight against Alzheimer's. Our supporters make it possible to advance research and provide care and support to the over 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's — and their nearly 12 million unpaid caregivers. But we are beginning 2026 with dire challenges. Alzheimer's disease and other dementia are urgent threats. If nothing changes, the number of Americans living with Alzheimer's is projected to rise to nearly 13.8 million by 2060.

But we also know there's no challenge we can't meet when our compassionate community comes together. There is more promising research to pursue and ways to reach even more people who need help now. I hope you will join those who've already become monthly supporters, so we can continue our momentum throughout 2026.
