Hey! I hope you’re staying nice and warm this morning. 

Although 2025 was a hard year for Maryland families, we managed to accomplish some great things. 

I co-led 2 bills that became law, sponsored 18 bills and resolutions and sponsored 23 amendments, and cosponsored 264 bills. I worked on issues ranging from health care costs, to uterine cancer research, anti-corruption, economic empowerment, child care, affordable housing, voter protection, community investment, and infrastructure. 

So, as the new year gets underway, I want to check in about your top issues and see how I can ease your burden in 2026.

Your feedback helps me decide where to focus my efforts. For instance: Many constituents expressed concerns about unaffordable housing, so I worked on several bills to lower rent prices and make it easier to buy a home.
