Since day one, I’ve fought back against the Trump administration’s efforts to silence dissent, punish political opponents and anyone who speaks up, and enact their cruel agenda that hurts our communities. This appeal is the next step in that fight.

I was charged by the Trump administration for conducting legally protected oversight at an ICE facility – I was charged and am being targeted for doing my job. And now I’m facing up to 17 years in prison because of the Trump administration’s meritless charges.
