Hey, comrades,
We're writing with some news about upcoming chapter and community events—we hope to connect with you at any or all.
Coming together as a community is important at a time when we are subject to a constant barrage of inhumanity, witnessing the cruelty of American policy both at home and abroad. Events like these deepen our shared values by giving voice to our concerns, supporting Palestinians, and making sure our neighbors are fed. These actions stand as our affirmation that we will not be silent and passive, we will not give in to despair, and we will never stop fighting for a better world.
Be well comrades, look after yourselves, and we hope to see you soon.
In solidarity,
Brad, Heidi, Kevin, Maro, Victor

Community Event: Standout for Venezuela
|
Sunday, January 11, 1-2pm
Park Square
1 Bank Row, Pittsfield, MA
Co-organized by Greylock Together; Stand up, Berkshires; Indivisible Pittsfield; Berkshire Brigades; Dalton Democratic Committee; Progressive Democrats of America; and Indivisible Berkshires.
The Trump Administration has kidnapped Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and started a blatantly criminal war against Venezuela. These are nakedly imperialist acts to install a US puppet government that will give Venezuela’s oil resources over to US corporations and enforce US hegemony over Latin America—the new “Trump Corollary” to the Monroe Doctrine. This war is illegal both under international law and the laws governing the declaration of war within the United States.
Join us in Pittsfield for a standout in Park Square to protest American Imperialism. We hope this will be an opportunity for us as socialists to connect with other concerned community members and speak with members of liberal and progressive organizations about the necessity of thinking beyond the two-party duopoly.
