John, data centers to power AI are popping up around the country, especially in places with a lot of water nearby – like our Great Lakes.

Some folks are embracing these changes, others are concerned about the environmental impacts and potential electric bill hikes.

The thing is ... the genie might be out of the bottle when it comes to AI. It's here, and it's not going away. If that's the case:
