Indiana State Police Makes Huge Drug Bust
Huge credit to the Indiana State Police for great work. During a traffic stop on I-70 in Putnam County, troopers and a K-9 unit found more than 300 pounds of cocaine worth about $7 million. That is a massive amount of dangerous drugs that will never reach our communities.
The suspects are now facing felony charges and have been placed on ICE deportation holds.
What is especially concerning is that they were reportedly swerving and crossing lanes while driving. That kind of reckless behavior puts innocent people at risk every day on our roads. Sadly, this is one of many cases of illegal immigrants threatening the safety of families in Indiana. We must deport them all.
Thanks to Indiana State Police, a serious threat was stopped and both deadly drugs and a potential highway tragedy were likely prevented. Indiana is safer because of their work.
