Renee Nicole Good's devastating death must mark the end of ICE violence.

ACLU Supporter, ICE agents killed Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis this week – further reinforcing that ICE's cruel deployments are endangering our families and communities.

We cannot sit idly by as our neighbors are killed, attacked, and harassed. We're calling on our entire community to act immediately: Join us and our partners in the ICE Out for Good coalition in nationwide protest this weekend, decrying ICE's abuse and demanding justice for Renee. <[link removed]> (This link takes you to a third-party site, mobilize.us. The federal government doesn't get to attack our communities – they have us to answer to. And we're coming with clear demands:

* Stop DHS's escalating operations across the country

* No more taxpayer money for ICE and Border Patrol's abuses

* Launch an independent investigation run by the Minnesota Attorney General

RSVP now to join a rally in your area. <[link removed]> (This link takes you to a third-party site, mobilize.us. Indivisible will know you came from us, and their privacy policy applies.)

Renee's death must mark the end of ICE violence.

Thank you for your action,

The ACLU Team

P.S. Our communities keep us safe – despite these federal agents. As we prepare to take to the streets, we're also hosting our own Protest Safety, Know Your Rights & De-Escalation Training tonight at 8:00 PM ET. Please RSVP here to join us tonight. <[link removed]>

----------------------------------------------------------

ACLU Supporter, yesterday, an ICE agent shot and killed Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis. This terrible tragedy is a horrifying escalation of the violence and aggression federal agents have inflicted on our communities.

We're devastated by this news – and we're calling on ICE to immediately withdraw its 2,000 agents from Minnesota. Join us in demanding an end to these ICE operations immediately. <[link removed]>

ICE's killing of an unarmed mother in Minneapolis is a devastating but predictable result of the Trump administration's cruel deployments of federal agents into our communities to sow fear. While ICE is sending thousands of heavily armed agents into our neighborhoods, Congress is funneling billions of dollars towards the same agency perpetuating these abuses, only further endangering our communities.

This tragedy is further proof that ICE is out of control, endangering our communities, and must end its lawless operations before anyone else is brutally hurt or killed.

Congress must rein in ICE before what happened in Minneapolis happens again. Tell your representatives to oppose any new funding for immigration enforcement and demand an end to these abuses. <[link removed]>
