ICE continues to choose violence.
From an ICE agent shooting and killing Renee Good in Minneapolis this week, to others handcuffing and pepperspraying children, to the dozens of people who have died in ICE custody, this lawless agency has been operating unchecked for too long. It’s time to come together to get them off our streets. That’s why this weekend, we’re taking action.
Americans are fed up with ICE’s violence and intimidation in our communities. We’re coming together with one voice to demand: ICE OUT FOR GOOD. This weekend, join your friends and neighbors at a protest near you.
FIND AN EVENT
Let’s be clear: The lawlessness of ICE didn’t start this week.
For months, they have been targeting and harassing people in their neighborhoods—from daycares to schools to community centers. ICE agents have shown up in neighborhoods fully masked and in unmarked vans, seizing people off the streets.
When actions like that go unchecked and are allowed to escalate, there is only one thing that will come from it: more violence.
We can’t let ICE terrorize our cities. If you’re ready to get ICE out for good, find a protest near you this weekend and stand up against this dangerous abuse of power.
Thanks for all that you do.
