My heart is filled with patriotism today. Red, white, and blue are pumping through my veins.
Russia, China, Iran, and all of our other enemies have taken notice.
What we saw on January 3rd was an incredibly complicated operation — our military taking out the Cuban bodyguards protecting a brutal communist dictator and narcotrafficker, then apprehending Maduro and his wife in a seamless mission to protect AMERICAN interests.
And let it be known that not a single American life was lost. God bless our brave men and women in uniform.
President Trump and his entire team acted decisively. There were a thousand ways this could have gone wrong — but it was executed flawlessly.
The people of Venezuela are better off.
The people of the United States are better off because of it.
The world is better off as well.
…Just imagine for a moment if Kamala Harris sitting in the Situation Room inside the White House?!
Think back to the days when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris let Chinese spy balloons fly over our country undeterred. Think back to the humiliating withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Those days are GONE. America is BACK!
When Republicans hold a majority in all three branches of government, the world is a safer place.
And I must admit, I get a bit teary-eyed to see Venezuelans overcome with a hope for freedom. It strikes at something deeply personal for me.
My own father was IMPRISONED and TORTURED for fighting against the communist dictatorship in Cuba.
He fled communism in pursuit of life, liberty, and freedom in America.
Saturday was a great day for the world.
