Great news, John: we just refiled our paperwork with the state of Montana!

This means The Montana Plan is officially back in motion, less than 48 hours after the state Supreme Court ruled our initial filing as “legally insufficient.”

As we continue to educate the public on The Montana Plan and prepare to launch our volunteer training, it is critical that we follow through and ensure this filing process goes as smoothly as possible.

We’ll be blunt: we couldn’t have come this far without you, and we need your support in the coming months.
