Across the country, ICE agents are snatching people off the streets and forcing them into immigration “courts” where people are detained indefinitely, deported into danger, and ripped away from their loved ones through a system designed to move fast and ask few questions.
The structure is intentional.
Inside these courtrooms, toddlers as young as three are expected to represent themselves. Hearings proceed without full translation. Evidence rules are weak or nonexistent. Prosecutors face no consequences for breaking their own procedures. Judges can bend or ignore the rules altogether. And this harm doesn’t stop with ICE.
The judges overseeing these cases and prosecutors pushing for deportation answer to the same people: Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem, and Donald Trump. Together, they form a coordinated pipeline — arrest, detain, deport.
Under Donald Trump and his allies, this machinery has accelerated. Old laws are being twisted to justify prolonged detention without hearings and deny people any real chance at release — often from detention centers that function like prisons in everything but name.
Families are ripped apart. Children grow up without parents. Entire communities live in fear, knowing a single encounter with ICE can erase a life overnight.
