Call it in the air, John — heads or tails?

The Iowa governor’s race is one of the closest races anywhere in the country, so let’s look at the facts:

Newsweek just listed Iowa as one of the 7 governor’s races most likely to flip.

Cook Political Report upgraded our race by TWO ratings when we launched our campaign.

A recent poll shows me with a narrow 2-point lead over one of the partisan insiders on the other side.

All evidence points to this being a coin-flip race, but I’m not one to leave things up to chance. Instead, we need this grassroots team to shift into high gear and do whatever we can to further improve our chances.
