Friends, last night I filed our 50th lawsuit against the Trump administration. This one was to protect critical funding for child care and social services funding for the most vulnerable among us.

To be clear, that’s 50 lawsuits since he became President, less than one year ago. As Attorney General, this has been my test: if you break the law and harm Coloradans, I will take you on. In Trump’s entire first term, we sued him 11 times. I haven’t changed my standard; he has changed his behavior.

I promise you: when he — or anyone else, for that matter — breaks the law and harms Coloradans, I will use every tool available to seek justice for you and Colorado.

We’ve gone to court 50 times (and counting) for one reason: I will always stand up and fight when Coloradans are harmed by the Trump Administration. And because we are taking on the right fights, we're winning in court. As your next governor, I’m prepared to fight for you and hold this administration accountable, no matter what it takes. I keep taking this administration to court because their lawlessness and intimidation have repeatedly put Coloradans in harm’s way. These are some of our wins so far:

Compromising your sensitive information and sharing it with shady DOGE employees?

Withholding Colorado’s education, transportation, law enforcement, public health and other funding that we depend on?

Simply stated: I’m in this race because Colorado deserves a fighter — and I refuse to fold and not stand up for what’s right.

Look, no matter how much lawlessness or intimidation this administration throws at us, I am not afraid. When I’m governor, our state will put Coloradans first and fight back against the federal government’s relentless bullying.
