As Secretary of State, Jena has expanded voter access, increased drop boxes, guaranteed voting access on public college campuses and on tribal lands, and implemented Automatic Voter Registration. She’s repeatedly taken on Trump and MAGA extremists -- and won. She has led efforts to stop election deniers, ensured mail ballot access, and fought Trump’s Big Lie. And in 2024, she followed the Constitution and argued at the United States Supreme Court that Donald Trump should NOT be eligible for President after his insurrection attempt. 

Now, Jena is entering a new fight and, with your help, we know we can win this race. Jena is running for Attorney General to protect our freedoms, our rights, and our state. She’ll be Colorado’s front line of defense against the Trump administration. 

As Attorney General, Jena will fiercely protect reproductive rights. She will protect our land, air, and water, stand with working people and the middle class, and hold corporate polluters accountable. She will stand up to Donald Trump and MAGA extremists who threaten our democracy and freedoms, just like she’s done before.
