Dear John,

Today marks 1,000 days since conflict erupted in Sudan, 1,000 of families running, suffering, hoping, and holding on.

Sudan is now the world’s largest displacement crisis: 1 in 3 Sudanese live in exile. 14 million people have been forced to flee since April 2023. Nearly 12 million remain displaced. And the crisis deepens each day.

UNHCR teams are on the ground doing all they can to help. But the truth is simple: needs are rising far faster than resources.

Millions still lack safe shelter, clean water, medical care and protection. Hunger is worsening, and many families have been displaced multiple times.

As we reach this tragic 1,000 day milestone, we must not allow Sudan to become a forgotten crisis.

Your donation([link removed]), no matter the size, will help UNHCR continue delivering life-saving support to families who urgently need safety and hope.

Thank you, sincerely, for standing with the people of Sudan during these darkest of days.

Your compassion makes a real and immediate difference.
