Dear Friend,
January legislative sessions are right around the corner. That usually means the Swamp is already at work—behind closed doors, killing good bills quietly and hoping no one notices. Fortunately, Freedom Caucus members noticed. Let’s get into it. |
SOUTH CAROLINA
The South Carolina Freedom Caucus is once again pulling back the curtain on how business is really done in Columbia. This week, SCFC Chairman State Rep. Jordan Pace warned the public that establishment forces are trying to quietly kill legislation that would close Republican primaries, ensuring that Republican voters—and only Republican voters—choose Republican nominees. That warning didn’t go unanswered. House Freedom Caucus member Rep. Ralph Norman, now running for governor, publicly backed Pace and made clear that closing the primaries will be a priority of his administration if elected.
This is exactly how the Freedom Caucus model works: state leaders and federal leaders reinforcing one another to turn conservative principles into actual law. Read the tweet. |
WYOMING
The Wyoming Freedom Caucus continues to prove that your State Freedom Caucuses are not just voting correctly during session—they are watchdogs year-round. Last November, WYFC members publicly called out Weston County Clerk Becky Hadlock for incompetence in carrying out her election duties. Rather than letting the issue fade, they forced it into the open. That pressure paid off.
This month, the Wyoming Attorney General initiated formal removal proceedings to remove Hadlock from office. BOTTOM LINE: Only when Freedom Caucus members tell the truth and refuse to look the other way, action follows. |
WASHINGTON, D.C. Congress is broken. Everyone knows it. And most Republicans, once they get there, quickly learn how to live with it. That’s why the House Freedom Caucus exists.
This week, the HFC released a straightforward agenda laying out what House Republicans said they would do on the campaign trail—but rarely follow through on once they arrive in Washington. That includes cutting spending, securing the border, and stopping the constant excuses for why nothing ever changes. The House GOP has a decision to make: keep your word to voters, or keep protecting the system that keeps failing us. |
QUICK HITS
Illinois: Illinois Freedom Caucus Chairman Chris Miller delivered a floor speech last year that is worth bringing back. He called out both Democrats and Republicans for growing government. 👉 Watch Video
Maryland: The Maryland Freedom Caucus is the only conservative voice in Annapolis demanding answers about election integrity. In a detailed thread, MDFC exposed how a non-citizen remained on Maryland’s voter rolls and pressed election officials for transparency. Incompetence or intent? Either way, silence isn’t acceptable.

Pennsylvania: Following the massive Minnesota daycare fraud scandal, the Pennsylvania Freedom Caucus called out Governor Josh Shapiro for siding with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz instead of confronting fraud risks at home. Taxpayer dollars deserve protection—no matter who’s embarrassed by the facts.

HELP US HOLD THE LINE Legislative sessions are about to gavel in across the country.
That’s when the real work begins—and when the Swamp gets dangerous. Bloated budgets, backroom deals, and favors for the politically connected are usually pushed through quietly, with the expectation that no one is watching and voters won’t notice until after the election. Our State Freedom Caucuses are watching.
They’re preparing to fight from Day One—to expose bad bills, stop reckless spending, and force debates the establishment would rather avoid. At the same time, we’re working to expand the Freedom Caucus model into even more states so this movement keeps growing. That work takes resources.
If you believe the Swamp shouldn’t be allowed to run out the clock while voters are distracted, we need your help now. Every dollar strengthens our ability to support Freedom Caucus members, apply pressure where it counts, and make sure these fights happen in the open. |
We'll be back with another update soon. Until then, please be sure to support our efforts so that we can support our State Freedom Caucuses! In Liberty, |
